Competency frameworks

Every organisation needs a competency framework in place that will provide a basis for employee assessment, evaluation, development, and appraisal. These determine the Job Descriptions and Person Specifications, inform recruitment assessment methods to ensure proper person-job fit, inform performance management practices and performance monitoring and assist in identifying strengths and development needs.
