A Development Centre is a collection of exercises which evaluate
employees on their current performance and determine future growth
needs. These can then be acted upon, and can provide a continuous
feedback loop through which employees’ potential and capabilities are
constantly monitored. |
We can design these exercises which may include role plays, group
discussions, in trays, competency-based interviews, and written
exercises. You can choose to administer these exercises yourself, or we
can run the development centre for you. |
