Why needed

This programme is needed to succeed in life - a goal most humans have. Success can range from having a positive relationship to running a country. Most goals have two specific components: a specific target and interaction with others. Emotional Intelligence deals with both components and therefore is a prerequisite to becoming a trusted and successful leader, be that in the role of a father or CEO of a company.

Emotional Intelligence is separated into 15 components that examine how aware you are of what you want, think and behave. Also it examines how you interpret your surroundings, your colleagues, their moods and how well you inter-relate with them.

This programme will highlight the 15 components that include objectivity, stress management, interpersonal skills, motivating others and then offer practical methods and techniques to assist you become successful in achieving your goals.
